2023
Sarah A. Gilman Memorial Award for Occidental College Staff
This award is presented in honor of former staff member Sarah A. Gilman. Recipients are non-exempt staff members, selected on the basis of outstanding service to the College or special achievement within their departments. Eligible employees must be full-time (at least 30 hours per week) and have served for a minimum of three years.
Carolyn D. Adams Memorial Award for Occidental College Administrators
This award is presented in honor of former administrator Carolyn D. Adams. Recipients are exempt administrator/professional staff members selected on the basis of outstanding performance, effort and achievement at the College. Eligible employees must be full-time with a minimum of three years of service.
L. Robert Torres Memorial Award
This award is presented in honor of former administrator L. Robert Torres. Recipients are either an Oxy staff member or administrator/professional staff member selected on the basis of outstanding performance, effort and achievement at the College. Eligible employees must be employed for at least one year and up to three years.
