I lost my check what should I do?

Lost checks should be reported to the Payroll Office as soon as possible. A stop payment request will be placed.  Once the Payroll Office receives confirmation that the check has not been cashed, a replacement check will be issued.  This process could take up to 48 hours to complete.

Where is my check delivered?

Student paychecks are delivered to their campus mailboxes. Employee paychecks are to be picked up from the Cashier on payday with a current Oxy I.D. card.  The name on the I.D. card must match the name on the check that is distributed.  Cashier hours are 10-12 and 1-3pm.  If you are not able to pick up your paycheck by 3 pm, your check will be mailed to your mailing address you have set up in the myOxy portal. Please notify the Payroll Office at (323) 259-2884 or payroll@oxy.edu if you need to make other arrangements.
