    2. Spring Climate Survey - working with Jackie Cameron about providing support resources at beginning or end of the mega survey planned to be administered after midterms.

      4.  Content will be less focused on policy, more on differences between the Title IX Office and Project SAFE, where to go for what, how to contact/report, etc.
    2. Faculty
      1. Departments 
      2. Focus: introductions, responsible employee obligations, support services, lived name policy/ICC as resource, differences between the Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation polic, What to do when students need help? Things to look for in a virtual environment.
      3. Fairly large classes of new faculty next fall - 12 faculty members are retiring this spring
  5. Spring Community Email
    1. Address new administration/changes to Title IX regs will take time
    2. Amnesty policy related to violating covid protocols
    3. Other topics/notes to include in the email?
      1. Alternative ways to communicate? More secure/private channels to speak with/report to the office. Concerns about privacy in the home.
      2. Acknowledgement of drop in reports, paired with discussing alternative ways to communicate/report. We know you’re out there, we know things are challenging right now, how difficult not having relationships with faculty and staff during this time can be.
