Mindfulness and Compassion Sessions

During this pandemic, the Center for Mindfulness, The Sanford Institute, and the Compassion have teamed up to offer free Mindfulness and Compassion sessions. These include Parenting with Presence on Fridays at 10 am; Mindfulness for Parents & Kids on Fridays at 3 pm; An Open Forum for Teens to Check In on Saturdays at 11:30 am.
