On March 19th, 2024 ITS will implement storage quotas for faculty Google Workplace accounts. Staff quotas were set in July 2023. We have set the quotas such that 95% of users are already under these limits and will not need to take any action. Employees who are over the quota may wish to reduce their storage or purchase additional storage annually, or a combination of both.
ITS and the Dean’s Office have worked together to cover this fiscal year’s cost for faculty members currently over quota. If you need a quota expansion, you should fill out this request form by September 2024 to maintain your increased storage capacity.
