If you are a new regular employee, a new full time faculty member, or if you have received notice that your computer is eligible for replacement, ITS will cover the standard or the equivalent cost of your device. Standard devices include Dell Laptops and Desktops and Mac Laptops and Minis.

For use with Oxy-owned computers: We have Volume License & VIP Agreements with Adobe that allow us to get the best possible pricing for Occidental College Adobe licenses. Pick a single product from their catalog. Send your purchase request to the Technology Helpdesk by creating a ticket; we'll let you know the cost, and place the order for you once you approve.
For personal use: ITS does not purchase software for personal devices. For personal Adobe software purchases, your status as a current student or employee allows you to order Adobe software at a significant discount from Academic Superstore. Instructions on what you need to do to verify your current status is available on their website.
