Career Services is committed to providing students and alumni with information on employment and graduate school opportunities. In line with the college’s values of sustainability and conservation Career Services asks for the support of our recruitment partners to maintain these resources digitally.

Recruiters are encouraged to bring physical copies of fliers with them for on-campus events including information sessions, drop-in hours, industry nights, etc.

Career Services will not keep any remaining materials following these campus visits.

Career Services will keep only digital copies of recruitment materials, saved in our shared drive to be passed along to interested students via email or printed in the office during counseling appointments.

If a recruiter does not have a digital copy of these materials Career Services staff will gladly scan physical fliers to create a digital version for our records.

Materials mailed to Career Services will not be kept and senders will be contacted with a copy of our policy for future reference.
