We know your files are very important to you, and we want to make sure you are able to save your data before you turn your attention to bigger and better things. Transfer your files from your G drive

Please be aware that your network files will no longer be available after July 17, 2019 and they cannot be restored, so please be sure to download anything that you want to keep beforehand. You can transfer via a USB device while on campus, or connect via FTPS to access your files from off-campus.

Transfer your email

You'll keep access to your Oxy Gmail account after you graduate. Should you wish to transfer your email to a non-Oxy Gmail account, initiate a Gmail-to-Gmail transfer of email and Google Documents you own. Whenever the instructions ask you to enter your current username, use your full Oxy email address. Please be aware that this method does not import your labels. If you want to include your labels, follow these directions instead. 

You can also export an archive of your email and other Google content in your Oxy account.

Alumni Directory Access

You can access the Alumni Directory by registering an account on the Alumni Website. If you have questions or any trouble logging in, please contact the Alumni Office at 323-259-2601 or email alumni@oxy.edu.

For Oxy Alumni graduating prior to 2019: if you have already set up email forwarding and need to make a change, log into the Alumni Directory and navigate to the Email Information section of your profile page.
