Save the date! March 2 is our annual deadline to re-apply for financial aid.
Occidental College is a member of the Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC) offered through the College Board. The IDOC service offers families a secure portal to upload sensitive financial information. Students will need to complete their CSS Profile to have access to IDOC.
We are no longer able to accept application materials containing personally identifiable information such as name, social security number or date of birth via email. Students will now create an account with IDOC in order to upload their documents, including copies of completed and signed federal tax returns (with all schedules and statements), W-2s or 1099 forms and other forms containing personally identifiable information.
Students must re-apply for financial aid by our deadlines in order to be considered on time. Students who apply late risk not receiving institutional financial aid. The financial aid deadlines for the 2022-2023 academic year have passed. If you require financial assistance for 2021-2022, please contact the Financial Aid Office.
