Instructions on how to receive mail and ship packages at Occidental.
Hi there, incoming Tigers!
Today we wanted to share some necessary information on mailing and shipping items to your campus mailbox. To start, you can:
- Log into my.oxy.edu
- Click the "Student Services" tab (left sidebar)
- Find the "My Personal Info" box and click on "Update Addresses and Phones"
There you will find your box number. You will need to visit the Postal Operations Center after you’ve arrived on campus to retrieve your mailbox combination number and receive further instructions on how to open your mailbox.
Detailed info on how to mail or ship items to your mailbox on campus can be found in our New Student Move-in Guideunder the “Shipping your belongings” tab in the drop-down menu. Pay special attention to the instructions on how to properly address letters and items; improperly addressed mail/packages may be refused and “Returned to Sender."
