Virtual 2021 Spring Orientation

Let’s plug you into the Oxy community.

Faculty, staff, and students are here to make your transition to Oxy seamless. Orientation is your opportunity to meet your adviser, register for classes, and acquaint yourself with campus life and resources through a variety of virtual activities and events. Students are welcome to contact the advising center just before their arrival by calling (323) 259-1341 or by setting up an appointment online.

Spring Orientation will begin Friday, January 15, 2021 at 10am PST.  Orientation is mandatory for all new students.

This is your opportunity to meet and engage directly with President Elam. Learn more about the College and hear about our plans for the upcoming semester. Don't miss this important Oxy tradition!

During this time, you will meet with an academic advisor and begin selecting your classes for the spring semester, followed by class registration.

The Transfer Student Union is a student organization that aims to build community among transfer students, and its members are available to help welcome new students to Occidental.
