Move-in day is approaching swiftly! Read on for some reminders about getting prepared to arrive to campus in August.

Move-in day will be here soon, and we have a few items for your to-do list!

Meal Plan Forms Are Open

Campus Dining is excited for you to dine in the Marketplace, the Tiger Cooler and more. To do so, you will need to select a meal plan by Thursday, August 31 . Take a look at the various meal plan options and get ready to have a favorite Oxy dish! If you do not select a plan by the deadline, you will be automatically assigned Meal Plan B. 

Students may also purchase Bengal Bucks, which can be redeemed at campus dining facilities. Bengal Bucks Dining offers the convenience of an Oxy debit account without needing a full meal plan. Students may open or add to a Bengal Bucks account online at myOxy

Submit Photo for I.D. Card

Submit your passport-style photo for your student I.D. by Saturday, July 29 . After submitting your photo, you will also choose your four-digit room code. Doing this now will speed up the check-in process during move-in. Note: you’ll be logging into your myOxy portal to complete the form and will use your full email as your username.

Transcript Reminder

If you are a first-year student who has not yet submitted your final high school transcript to, please do so today . International students have until Saturday, July 15. 

Religious Preferences Form

The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life (ORSL) asks that you complete the religious preference form to better inform their office regarding campus religious and spiritual life. You can also indicate if you would like a student religious or spiritual club to reach out to you—if so, they will make sure the club receives your contact info. 

eBill and Payment Plans

The fall semester eBill will be sent to your Oxy account and any authorized users this Monday, July 17 . The College offers two payment options: the Semester Payment Plan (full balance paid once at the beginning of each semester) and the Monthly (deferred) Payment Plan. All students are automatically assigned the Semester Payment Plan. To participate in the Monthly Payment Plan, you must enroll through the eBill site (myOxy). There is no deadline for signing up for the Monthly Payment Plan, but should you choose this option after August 1 you will be required to make up any missing payments.
