Multicultural Visit Programs

Students sitting at a table at a MVP event

For more than 20 years, Occidental has hosted fall and spring multicultural fly-in programs for seniors.

These programs introduce traditionally underrepresented, first-generation, and/or low-income students to Oxy's academic and residential community. The College covers travel expenses to bring students to campus. During their visit to Oxy, students have the opportunity to attend classes, meet with current students, spend the night in a residence hall and witness firsthand what makes Oxy unique.
